Applies to: K1 App "Connection" button is grayed out, "Connection Failed" error, no camera preview (black screen) when connected, and/or other related app connection issues.
Normally this is an issue with incompatible smartphone/tablet hardware and/or interference from cellular network. Please try disabling the cellular network connection (4G/LTE) or enable airplane mode (keep the Wi-Fi turned on for connecting to the K1) see if that solved with the issue.
