This warranty only covers Removu K1, S1, and M1+A1. As long as the unit is under the general warranty status:
- Not physically damaged
- It is purchased within 1 year
- Purchased directly from Removu or authorized retailers. However, purchases from private seller and/or gift were not covered by the warranty. It is advised to contact the original owner to obtain a proof of purchase/receipt.

If the unit does not fall under the category for warranty services, Removu may able to replace the unit with a certain amount of price. However, the prices varies depends on the issue and region.
